Ingredients
- Chopped almonds 5 oz
- Bourbon 5 tablespoons
- Butter 5 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate 20 oz
- Powdered Sugar 15 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the nuts, place them in a jar, pour in the bourbon, seal with a lid, and let sit overnight.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the powdered sugar, softened butter, and nuts. Shape into small balls and refrigerate overnight.
Step 3
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 4
Melt the chopped chocolate in a double boiler and let it cool slightly.
Step 5
Coat the balls in chocolate and carefully place them on the baking sheet. Refrigerate until serving.
