- Red Curry Powder 2 tablespoons
- Egg white 1 piece
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Ground Cumin 1 teaspoon

Preheat the oven to 300°F.
Step 2
Spread the nuts in a thin layer on a baking sheet and place in the oven for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Whip the egg white to a stiff foam, add the nuts, curry, cumin, and salt. Shake well to coat the nuts completely and return to the oven for 10-15 minutes. Let cool.
