Description

To diversify your breakfast, you can replace or supplement the dried fruits in the bars with nuts, pumpkin seeds, berries, mashed banana, or other fruits.

Ingredients

  • Oats 1 cup
  • Oat Flour ½ cup
  • Dried Fruits to taste
  • Dark Chocolate 3 pieces
  • Milk 5 fl oz
  • Honey 1 tablespoon
  • Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Cinnamon to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In separate bowls, mix all the dry and wet ingredients.

Step 2

Combine both mixtures and stir well until a thick homogeneous mass forms.

Step 3

Spread the dough in a layer of 5–7 millimeters on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for 20 minutes.

Step 4

While hot, cut the dough into bars, flip them over, and leave in the oven for another 5–7 minutes.
