Ingredients
- Chopped almonds 5 oz
- Cottage cheese 5 oz
- Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Yogurt powder 1 cup
- Gelatin 1 tablespoon
- Cream ½ cup
- Donut Peaches 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the gelatin in cold water for 30 minutes, then dissolve it over low heat.
Step 2
Remove the skin from the almonds, toast them in a dry skillet, and grind them in a mortar.
Step 3
Mix the cottage cheese with the yogurt, add sugar, and stir well.
Step 4
Combine the cheese cream with the nuts and add the gelatin. Mix and chill for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Before serving, add cubes of fresh or canned peaches to the soup.
