Description
The pudding can be drizzled with vanilla sauce on top or served with the sauce separately.
Ingredients
- Walnuts 5 oz
- White bread 10 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Sugar ¾ cup
- Milk 1½ cups
- Butter 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the white bread crumbs in milk. Lightly toast the walnuts, shell them, and grind them using a meat grinder. Beat the egg yolks with sugar and combine them with the walnut mixture, soaked white bread, and melted butter.
Step 2
Mix everything well, add the beaten egg whites, and place the mixture in a greased baking dish or skillet sprinkled with breadcrumbs.
Step 3
Bake the pudding in a preheated oven at medium heat for 30–40 minutes.
Step 4
Remove the finished pudding from the dish and serve hot.
