Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Salt a pinch
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Vanilla salt 1 teaspoon
- Potato protein 2 tablespoons
- Chopped almonds 5 oz
- Grated Chocolate 0 oz
- Baking Powder 2 teaspoons
- Donut Peaches 2 pieces
- Raspberry leaves 5 oz
- Chopped almonds 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 340°F. In a large bowl, sift the flour and mix it with the baking powder, ground nuts, and starch.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, beat the butter with vanilla and regular sugar and a pinch of salt until smooth, then add the eggs one at a time, continuing to beat until the mixture is fluffy.
Step 3
Combine the dry ingredient mixture with the butter and egg mixture and stir with a spatula or spoon.
Step 4
Wash the peaches, pat them dry, cut them in half, and slice them. You can cut them a bit smaller if desired.
Step 5
Line a round 26 cm diameter baking pan with parchment paper and grease it with sunflower oil. Then, pour the batter into the pan. Distribute the peach halves and raspberries on top. Sprinkle with almond flakes.
Step 6
Place the pan in the oven on the lower rack. Bake the pie for about 60–65 minutes.
