Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Cottage cheese 10 oz
- Milk 1 cup
- Lemon 1 piece
- Powdered Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Raspberry leaves 5 oz
- Starch film 2 tablespoons
- Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
- Sugar 3 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Nuts 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour 2 tablespoons of milk into the cottage cheese, add the zest and juice of the lemon, and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Step 2
Separate the yolks from the whites and beat them separately.
Step 3
Knead the dough from starch, flour, crushed nuts, yolks, salt, and milk, and gently fold in the beaten egg whites from the bottom up.
Step 4
Bake small pancakes. Spread half of the pancakes with cottage cheese, top with raspberries, and cover with the remaining pancakes.
