Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Glutinous Rice Flour 0 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
- Walnuts 5 oz
- Chopped almonds 5 oz
- Pistachios 0 oz
- Dried cranberries with sugar 0 oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the egg whites with sugar and salt. Gradually add the flours, then mix in the sugar, cranberries, and nuts. Pour the resulting batter into two lined baking pans. Preheat the oven to 345°F and bake the batter for about 40 minutes.
Step 2
Remove the pans, let them cool, and place them in the freezer for about 6 hours.
Step 3
Slice into thin pieces and bake in the oven until the cookies become crispy.
