  • Breadcrumbs 5 oz
  • Powdered Sugar 5 oz
  • Nuts 10 oz
  • Butter 10 oz
  • Sugar 10 oz
  • Cognac 1 tablespoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Whisk the egg yolks with powdered sugar. Add 200 grams of nuts and breadcrumbs, then gently fold in the whipped egg whites. Pour the prepared batter into a greased baking pan and bake in the oven at 320°F. Allow the baked layer to cool.

Step 2

Caramelize 200 grams of sugar, mix with the remaining nuts, and spread on a greased plate. Chop the cooled praline.

Step 3

Beat the softened butter with the remaining sugar. Gradually add the cognac to the mixture.

Step 4

Cut the cooled cake into 2 layers and fill them with the buttercream. Cover the top and sides of the cake with cream and sprinkle with praline.
