Nut Cake with Condensed Milk
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 1½ glasses
- Sugar 1½ glasses
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Sour Cream 1½ cans
- Butter 5 oz
- Activated Baking Soda ½ spoons
- Condensed Milk ½ cans
- Raisins 2 spoons
- Poppy seed paste 1 tablespoon
- Hazelnut 0 oz
- Bittersweet Chocolate 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Dough: beat together flour, sugar, eggs, sour cream, and baking soda.
Step 2
Bake 3 layers.
Step 3
Cream: whip the butter with sweetened condensed milk.
Step 4
Pass the raisins through a meat grinder and mix with one-third of the total amount of cream.
Step 5
Soak the poppy seeds in boiling water, then drain the water after 5 minutes and mix the seeds with one-third of the cream.
Step 6
Spread cream with raisins on one layer, cream with poppy seeds on the second, and the remaining cream on the third.
Step 7
Grate a small chocolate bar and sprinkle the cake with chocolate shavings and chopped nuts.
