Nut Cake with Chocolate Cream

Ingredients

  • Farm fresh eggs 8 pieces
  • Vanilla salt 0 oz
  • Powdered Sugar 20 oz
  • Cocoa Powder 0 oz
  • Nuts 10 oz
  • Wheat Flour 5 oz
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
  • Milk 5 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 340°F.

Step 2

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

Step 3

Beat the yolks with 320 grams of powdered sugar. Add cocoa powder, crushed nuts, and 80 grams of flour. Gently fold in the whipped egg whites.

Step 4

Grease a baking pan with butter, sprinkle with flour, and pour in the batter, smoothing it out. Bake until done.

Step 5

Cool the baked layer and cut it into 3 layers.

Step 6

Spread chocolate cream on the bottom layer. To make it, melt 100 grams of chocolate and mix it with 100 grams of melted butter and 100 grams of powdered sugar. Cover with the next layer.

Step 7

Spread vanilla cream on the middle layer. To make it, dissolve 20 grams of flour in milk. Add 50 grams of vanilla sugar and bring to a boil. Cook until thickened. Mix the cooled mixture with softened butter and the remaining powdered sugar. Cover with the top layer.

Step 8

Drizzle the finished cake with melted chocolate.
