
Nut Buns with Sesame

You can use any nut flour instead of almond flour.
Ingredients
- Almond Flour 5 oz
- Coconut flour 0 oz
- Psyllium 0 oz
- Water 10 fl oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Apple Cider Vinegar 0 fl oz
- Sesame Seeds to taste
- Salt to taste
- Baking Powder 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl, except for the sesame seeds.
Step 2
Pour in the cup of warm water (about 105°F), vinegar, and oil.
Step 3
Form a ball of dough and let it rest for about 10 minutes.
Step 4
Then shape the dough into a log and cut it into equal pieces.
Step 5
Form the buns and place them on a baking sheet.
Step 6
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Step 7
Bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for 35–40 minutes.
