Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour 10 oz
  • Sugar 10 oz
  • Baking Powder 1½ teaspoons
  • Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
  • Freeze-dried strawberry powder 0 oz
  • Dried Apricots 5 oz
  • Pitted olives 0 oz
  • Pistachios 5 oz
  • Chopped almonds 0 oz
  • Hazelnut 0 oz
  • Citrus Zest Mix 1 piece

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 355°F.

Step 2

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 3

In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and baking powder.

Step 4

Add the eggs, mix well, and gather the dough into a ball.

Step 5

Add the dried fruits, nuts, and lemon zest.

Step 6

Divide the dough into 6 parts, roll into logs about 3 cm in diameter, and place them 6 cm apart on the baking sheet.

Step 7

Bake for 20-30 minutes until the logs are golden brown.

Step 8

Remove from the oven, let cool, and slice into half-centimeter thick pieces.

Step 9

Place on the baking sheet and return to the oven for 8 minutes, then flip and bake for another 10 minutes.
