Description

  • Pitted Prunes 10 oz
  • Sesame Seeds 1 teaspoon
  • Hazelnuts 0 oz
  • Ground Star Anise ½ teaspoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Toast the nuts in the oven at 190°C or in a skillet over medium heat, then chop them finely.

Step 2

Finely chop the prunes.

Step 3

Mix the nuts with the prunes, sesame seeds, and star anise.

Step 4

Place the resulting mixture on plastic wrap and roll tightly to form a log.

Step 5

Store in the refrigerator and cut into pieces before serving.
