
Nut and Plum Pie

Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Sugar 10 oz
- Ground Almonds 5 oz
- Plums 15 pieces
- Baking Powder a pinch
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the plums into medium-sized pieces, removing the pits.
Step 2
Beat the butter with sugar (I use a spatula) until it becomes a white cream. While continuing to beat, add the eggs one at a time.
Step 3
Add the chopped plums, flour, ground almonds, and baking powder, and gently mix everything together. When adding the flour, do not rush, as it is better to under-add than to over-add in this case. The dough should not be too thick.
Step 4
Grease the baking dish with butter and pour the dough into it.
Step 5
Bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for about 40 minutes.
