- Wheat Flour 0 lbs
- Walnuts 0 oz
- Pears 2 pieces
- Grated Gruyère cheese 10 oz
- Milk 1 cup
- Chicken Eggs 3 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Roll out the dough (24-26 cm round) on a floured surface and place it in a baking dish.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 3
Arrange pieces of pear on the dough and sprinkle walnuts on top.
Step 4
Top with grated cheese.
Step 5
Bake for about 40 minutes in the center of the oven at 180°C, serve warm.
