  • Chocolate 5 oz
  • Dried Apricots 5 oz
  • Raisins 1 tablespoon
  • Chopped almonds 3 tablespoons
  • Butter 1 teaspoon
  • Cream 1 tablespoon
  • Vanilla salt to taste
  • Powdered Sugar ½ cup

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Grate the chocolate and add it along with the butter to the cream, then heat in the microwave at full power for 1 minute. Whip the resulting mixture while gradually adding the powdered sugar. Then add the raisins, chopped dried apricots, walnuts, vanilla, and mix well.

Step 2

Transfer the mixture to a parchment-lined mold and place it in the microwave for 40 seconds. Then remove the mold from the microwave and let it cool.

Step 3

Cut the finished fudge into diamond shapes.
