Ingredients
- Nuts 5 oz
- Water 0 fl oz
- Chocolate 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Toast 150 g of any nuts in a dry skillet or in a microwave. Chop them.
Step 2
Cook a syrup from 200 g of sugar and 50 ml of water. Boil until the syrup turns brown.
Step 3
Dip the prepared nuts in hot water. Let them cool slightly.
Step 4
Roll them into balls. Place on a plate.
Step 5
Melt the chocolate.
Step 6
Put the nut balls in the chocolate. Then remove to a plate. You can roll them in chocolate or coconut flakes, or colorful sprinkles—there's no limit to creativity. If desired, place in the refrigerator.
