Ingredients
- Rice Paper 0 oz
- Dried Nori Seaweed 0 oz
- Ocean salt a pinch
- Smoked salt a pinch
- Olive Oil 7 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the sheets of rice paper.
Step 2
Tear them into small pieces randomly.
Step 3
Prepare the sheets of nori.
Step 4
Cut into small squares.
Step 5
Pour the soy sauce into a bowl.
Step 6
Heat the oil well in a pan.
Step 7
Add a little salt.
Step 8
Dip a piece of nori in the sauce.
Step 9
Attach the nori sheet to a piece of rice paper and drop it into the hot oil.
Step 10
Immediately transfer to a plate. Repeat this process with all pieces of rice paper and nori.
Step 11
Season with paprika and serve.
