  • Bone-in Beef 20 oz
  • Onion 1 head
  • Salt to taste
  • Carrot 1 piece
  • Udon Noodles 5 oz
  • Vegetable Oil 3 spoons
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Herbs 1 bunch

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Rinse the beef on the bone, cover with cold water, and bring to a boil. Skim off the foam and simmer for 3 hours.

Step 2

Remove the meat and strain the broth.

Step 3

Slice the onion into thin rings and dice the carrot. Sauté them in vegetable oil, then add to the broth. Season with salt and cook for 30 minutes.

Step 4

Add the noodles to the soup and cook until tender.

Step 5

Cut the meat into small pieces and add it to the soup. Sprinkle with chopped herbs.
