
Non-Alcoholic Tiramisu

Description
Instead of sponge cake, you can use ladyfingers or any sponge cookie. You can add good brandy, rum, or liqueur to the coffee.
Ingredients
- Egg white 2 pieces
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande 10 oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Cocoa Powder 1½ tablespoons
- Sponge Cake Base 1 piece
- Instant coffee 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Brew strong coffee.
Step 2
Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
Step 3
Whisk the yolks with sugar until pale.
Step 4
Add the cheese to the yolk and sugar mixture. Whisk again.
Step 5
Whisk 1 egg white with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form.
Step 6
Gently fold in the egg white using a spatula.
Step 7
Slice the sponge cake. Soak in coffee.
Step 8
In a dish, layer the soaked sponge cake, cream, then more sponge cake, and again cream.
Step 9
Refrigerate the tiramisu for at least 2 hours!
Step 10
Dust the finished tiramisu with cocoa powder.
