Step 1
Prepare the kefir. It's best to use it in soft packaging.
Step 2
Place the kefir in the freezer and leave it until completely frozen, preferably overnight.
Step 3
After freezing, take out the kefir and carefully remove the bag.
Step 4
Leave it to thaw at room temperature, placing it on a colander or sieve to allow the whey to drain.
Step 5
Once fully thawed, all the whey will have drained, leaving a soft, delicate cheese.
Step 6
Transfer the cheese to any container; the remaining whey can be used separately.
Step 7
Chop the herbs.
Step 8
Mix the herbs with the cottage cheese, adding salt to taste.
Step 9
You can add fruits to the remaining cheese.
Step 10
Serve at the table.
