Ingredients
- Raspberry leaves 5 oz
- Cookie 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 10 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
- Cream 5 fl oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Powdered Sugar 3 spoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Crush the cookies, add the melted butter, and mix well.
Step 2
Place the prepared batter into a 20 cm baking pan and spread it evenly.
Step 3
Melt the milk chocolate in a double boiler. In a separate bowl, whip together the cream cheese, cream, and sugar until smooth. Add the raspberries and melted chocolate, and quickly mix together.
Step 4
Spread the prepared filling over the dough and refrigerate for 2 hours. When serving, dust with powdered sugar and drizzle with melted chocolate.
