No-Bake Cookie, Cottage Cheese, and Yogurt Cake
Ingredients
- Cookies 10 oz
- Fruit Yogurt 5 fl oz
- Cottage Cheese Mixture 5 oz
- Condensed Milk 2 tablespoons
- Cocoa Powder 1 teaspoon
- Milk to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slightly soak the cookies in milk and lay them in a suitable mold in one layer, placing a layer of plastic wrap in the mold beforehand, then add a layer of yogurt on top of the cookies, followed by another layer of cookies.
Step 2
In a separate container, combine the cottage cheese mixture, 2 tablespoons of condensed milk, and 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder, and mix well. Spread this layer over the cookies and continue to assemble the cake in the same manner.
Step 3
Cover the top of the cake with plastic wrap, then place the cake in the refrigerator for 1–2 hours.
Step 4
Remove the cake and spread yogurt over it, then sprinkle it with crushed cookies.
Step 5
Ready.
