  • Liquid dark chocolate 10 oz
  • 33% Cream 15 fl oz
  • Butter 10 oz
  • Cocoa Powder to taste

Crush the cookies into crumbs.

Step 2

Place the cookie crumbs in a bowl, add a pinch of salt and 180 grams of melted butter, spread it evenly on the bottom of a springform pan, press down firmly, you can use a glass with a smooth bottom for this, and put the pan in the freezer for 20 minutes.

Step 3

Meanwhile, melt 340 grams of dark chocolate and the 33% cream in a double boiler; you can use milk chocolate, but dark chocolate is tastier. Remove from heat and add 60 grams of butter, mix until smooth, and pour it into the pan as the second layer, then refrigerate for 12 hours.

Step 4

Sprinkle the finished cake with sifted cocoa powder on top.
