Ingredients
- Water 5 fl oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Desiccated coconut 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Cocoa Powder 2 tablespoons
- Cookie 5 oz
- Powdered Sugar 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Crush the cookies into crumbs and mix with cocoa powder. Dissolve the sugar in hot water and let it cool. Gradually add the water to the cookie crumbs and mix until a sticky dough forms.
Step 2
Mix the shredded coconut with the butter and powdered sugar.
Step 3
Roll out the cookie mixture on plastic wrap into a rectangular shape that is not too thick, spread the coconut mixture on top, roll it up, and place it in the freezer for about 30–40 minutes.
Step 4
Slice the chilled roll with a sharp knife.
