Description
You can use less sugar or omit it altogether, as it turns out sweet (I didn't add any).
Ingredients
- Water 5 fl oz
- Cookie 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Desiccated coconut 5 oz
- Cocoa Powder 2 tablespoons
- Butter 5 oz
- Powdered Sugar 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Crush the cookies into crumbs and mix with cocoa powder.
Step 2
Dissolve the sugar in hot water and let it cool.
Step 3
Gradually add the water to the cookie crumbs and mix until a sticky dough forms.
Step 4
Combine the shredded coconut with the butter and powdered sugar.
Step 5
Roll the cookie mixture into a rectangular layer on plastic wrap, not too thick.
Step 6
Spread the coconut mixture on top, roll it up, and place it in the freezer for 30–40 minutes.
