Description
You can add shredded coconut and a variety of ingredients to your taste.
Ingredients
- Margarine 5 oz
- Gingerbread-flavored syrup 0 fl oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Cocoa Powder 4 tablespoons
- Coconut flakes 20 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the margarine in a saucepan, add the syrup, sugar, and cocoa. Stirring, bring to a boil and cook for a couple more minutes until the mixture thickens.
Step 2
Remove from heat, add the cornflakes to the mixture gently to avoid breaking them. Mix well so that all the cornflakes are coated with the chocolate mixture.
Step 3
Spoon the mixture into small paper cups and place in the freezer until set.
