Ingredients
- Yubileynoye Cookies 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
- Egg white 1 piece

Break the cookies into small pieces.
Step 2
Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
Step 3
In softened butter, add sugar and beat until white, until the sugar dissolves, about 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add the egg to the mixture and stir. Then add the chocolate.
Step 5
Mix the resulting mixture with the cookies.
Step 6
Place the mixture in a 20 cm diameter mold, press down well, and let it set for 1 hour.
