- Butter 5 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 20 oz
- Heavy cream 15 fl oz
- Powdered Sugar 5 oz
- Water 5 fl oz
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Gelatin 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Crush the cookies into fine crumbs using a blender, then add the melted butter.
Step 2
Press the buttered crumbs into a springform pan.
Step 3
Whip the cheese, powdered sugar, and heavy cream into a smooth mixture.
Step 4
Pour water into the container with gelatin.
Step 5
Heat the milk until hot, but do not let it boil.
Step 6
Pour the hot milk into the swollen gelatin.
Step 7
Stir until all granules are completely dissolved.
Step 8
Incorporate the melted gelatin into the whipped cream cheese mixture and whip again until well combined.
Step 9
Transfer the mousse into the mold and allow it to set in the cold.
Step 10
The finished cheesecake can be topped with a layer of berry jelly or whole berries.
