Ingredients
- Chopped almonds 0 oz
- Coarse flour cookies 0 oz
- Maple syrup 2 spoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
- Ricotta cheese 5 oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Whipped Cream 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Crush the cookies into crumbs and mix them with the pecans and syrup. Press the resulting mixture into the bottom of two round molds with a diameter of 8 cm.
Step 2
Mix the ricotta, lemon juice, and sugar, then gently fold in the whipped cream.
Step 3
Spread the resulting mixture over the dough and place the molds in the refrigerator for at least fifteen minutes.
