No-Bake Apple Banana Cheesecake
Ingredients
- Croutons 1 glass
- Dried Apricots 5 oz
- Pickled Apples ½ glasses
- Honey 1 tablespoon
- Raisins 5 oz
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Gelatin 1 tablespoon
- Bananas 2 pieces
- Water 1 glass
- Apple 1 piece
- Cinnamon to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the gelatin in water.
Step 2
Crush the breadcrumbs and dried fruits in a blender or meat grinder, add honey, mix well, and spread the mixture evenly across the bottom of a springform pan. Grease the sides of the pan with oil or line them with plastic wrap.
Step 3
Peel the apple and banana. Slice them into thin pieces and arrange them on the crust.
Step 4
Heat the softened gelatin.
Step 5
In a blender, combine and blend the banana, milk, cottage cheese, sugar, and cinnamon. Pour in the slightly cooled gelatin, mix well, and immediately pour the mixture into a mold. Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator.
