Description

This sandwich has two main advantages: it is made from ingredients of classic New Year's salads that you always have on hand before the holiday, and it serves as a great snack for evening aperitifs on New Year's Eve.

  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Olive Oil 1½ teaspoons
  • Whole Grain Bun 1 slice
  • Beetroot 0 oz
  • Onion 0 oz
  • Carrot 0 oz
  • Flaky sea salt a pinch
  • Salt to taste
  • Pickles to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Mayonnaise to taste

Boil the egg hard.
