
New Year’s Chocolate Cake

Description
The cake turns out to be very tender and chocolatey, as it uses very little flour. Serve it with fresh berries, whipped cream, and so on. The cake is very simple and very delicious — a great dessert for the New Year.
Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- 70% Dark Chocolate 5 oz
- Sugar 10 oz
- Chicken Egg 5 pieces
- Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Step 2
Melt the chopped chocolate and butter in a double boiler. Transfer to a bowl.
Step 3
Add sugar to the chocolate mixture and stir with a wooden spoon. Let it cool slightly.
Step 4
Then add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Step 5
Add the flour.
Step 6
Pour the batter into a rectangular baking dish lined with parchment paper and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through, but the center of the cake should remain slightly soft.
Step 7
Let it cool, but be careful — while the pie is still warm, it is very delicate and fragile.
