  • Self-rising flour 5 oz
  • Raw cane sugar 5 oz
  • Safflower Oil 10 tablespoons
  • Milk 5 fl oz
  • Liquid dark chocolate 0 oz
  • Large eggs 1 piece
  • Light Raisins, Seedless 1 tablespoon
  • Dried cranberries with sugar 0 oz
  • White Chocolate 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F. Take a muffin tin and place a paper muffin liner in each cup.

Step 2

In a bowl, lightly beat the egg, milk, and sunflower oil.

Step 3

In another bowl, mix the flour with the sugar. Make a well in the center and carefully pour in the egg mixture. Gently mix and divide the batter into two bowls.

Step 4

In one bowl, add the chopped dark chocolate and raisins, and in the other, add the chopped white chocolate and cranberries. Gently mix.

Step 5

Distribute both mixtures into the muffin cups and bake for about 25 minutes until done.
