Description
Nettle soup is recommended to be prepared with meat broth.
Ingredients
- Nettle 5 oz
- Onion 0 oz
- Clarified Butter 0 oz
- Potato 5 oz
- Rice 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Parsley to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour hot water into a pot, add salt and pepper, and add finely chopped and sautéed onion.
Step 2
Peel and chop the potato, then add it to the soup.
Step 3
Sort and rinse the rice, then add it to the soup.
Step 4
Cook the soup until the rice is ready.
Step 5
15 minutes before serving, add sorted, rinsed, and chopped young nettle and bring to a boil.
Step 6
Serve the soup, garnished with parsley.
