
Nectarines with Ricotta

Tip: for this recipe, we used ricotta cheese produced in Russia by the brand Unagrande.
Ingredients
- Ricotta cheese 10 oz
- Nectarines 5 pieces
- Dry White Wine 10 fl oz
- Brown Sugar 5 tablespoons
- Chopped almonds 3 tablespoons
- Cinnamon 1 stick
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the nectarines, cut them in half, and remove the pit.
Step 2
Place the nectarine halves in a baking dish, pour in the wine, add sugar, almonds, and cinnamon, and place in a preheated oven at 390°F for 40–50 minutes.
Step 3
During cooking, periodically baste the nectarines with the resulting syrup.
Step 4
Break the ricotta into large pieces with a fork and serve it alongside the baked nectarines.
