- Ground coriander 1 bunch
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Dill 1 bunch
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Boiled White Round Rice 5 oz
- Water 0 qt
- Salt 0.5 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
- Yogurt powder 0 qt
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the yogurt well, add the egg and flour, mix again thoroughly, and add water.
Step 2
Continuously stirring, place on high heat. Add very finely chopped greens (you can add a bit of spinach and mint), salt, and undercooked rice (the rice should finish cooking in the soup). CONTINUOUSLY stir until it comes to a boil. When it boils, the soup is ready.
