Description

Napoleon Cake with Condensed Milk Cream

Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour 2½ glasses
  • Margarine 10 oz
  • Water ½ glasses
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Condensed Milk 1 can

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the margarine and sifted flour together until crumbly.

Step 2

Add cold water with a splash of vinegar.

Step 3

Mix everything until smooth and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Step 4

Divide the dough and roll it out into thin layers.

Step 5

Place the cake layer on the baking sheet and pierce it with a fork in several places.

Step 6

Bake each cake layer at 390°F until golden brown.

Step 7

For the cream: boil the condensed milk in a pot of boiling water for 3 hours. Once cooled, whip the condensed milk with butter.

Step 8

Layer the cooled cake layers alternately, spreading cream between each layer. Once the last layer is placed, press down on the assembled cake. Cover the top with cream and sprinkle with crumbs made from one of the cake layers.
