Napoleon Cake with Coffee Cream
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 4 cups
- Margarine 15 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Vinegar essence 1 tablespoon
- Water 5 fl oz
- Butter 15 oz
- Sugar 1½ cups
- Whole egg 2 pieces
- Ground Coffee 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the margarine with the flour.
Step 2
Mix the egg with the vinegar and cold water.
Step 3
While continuing to chop the dough, gradually pour in the prepared liquid. Knead until smooth and refrigerate for 30–40 minutes.
Step 4
Divide the dough into 10 parts. Roll each part as thin as possible, prick with a fork, and bake.
Step 5
Prepare the cream by beating the softened butter with sugar. Add the yolks and strong strained coffee.
Step 6
Crumble one layer, and layer the rest with cream. Spread cream on the top layer and sprinkle with crumbs.
