Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 30 oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Salt 0 oz
- 9% Vinegar 0 fl oz
- Water 5 fl oz
- Butter 35 oz
- Milk 0 qt
- Sugar 10 oz
- Egg white 6 pieces
- Powdered Sugar 0 oz
- Condensed Milk 15 oz
- Vanillin 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Dough for Napoleon. Mix eggs, salt, vinegar, and water, then refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Grate 450 g of butter and mix with 800 g of flour to knead the dough.
Step 3
Then combine with the chilled mixture. Mix well. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Step 4
Roll out the dough into thin layers and bake in the oven at 520°F for 2-3 minutes until light golden.
Step 5
Cream for Napoleon. Combine milk with powdered sugar and bring to a boil, then cool.
Step 6
Mix yolks with flour (80 g) and vanillin, cook over low heat until boiling, then cool.
Step 7
Whip the butter until white, then gradually add condensed milk while continuing to whip.
Step 8
Carefully combine all three mixtures, mixing gently.
Step 9
Spread the baked dough with cream, stacking 8 layers. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours (allow to soak).
