Ingredients
- Egg white 4 pieces
- Sugar 5 oz
- 10% cream 5 fl oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Fresh Berries 5 oz
- Powdered Sugar 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
Step 2
Beat the egg whites until foamy, gradually adding sugar.
Step 3
Add the sifted flour, mixing gently from top to bottom.
Step 4
Pour the batter into a mold lined with parchment paper.
Step 5
Bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for 20–30 minutes.
Step 6
Cool the finished cake layer and cut it horizontally into 2–3 flat pieces.
Step 7
Whip the cream until soft peaks form, gradually adding powdered sugar.
Step 8
Spread the whipped cream on the cake layers.
Step 9
Top the cream-covered layer with a mound of berries across the entire diameter, dusting with powdered sugar.
