Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Kefir 10 fl oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- English Dry Mustard 0 oz
- Salt 0 oz
- Activated Baking Soda 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the sugar with the egg, add kefir and melted butter.
Step 2
Add the flour. Mix well.
Step 3
In a cup, mix the mustard powder, salt, and baking soda, and pour boiling water over it (about half a cup).
Step 4
Incorporate the solution into the dough, mix, and pour into a greased pan.
Step 5
Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes until golden brown.
