Ingredients
- Sugar 5 oz
- Milk ½ cup
- Honey 5 oz
- Chopped almonds to taste
- Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
- Ground Cinnamon to taste
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Pork fat 5 oz
- Chopped almonds to taste
- Hazelnut to taste
- Oranges ½ piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour half a cup of milk into the flour, add sugar, melted lard, and eggs, and knead the dough. Form the dough into a ball and let it rest for half an hour.
Step 2
Prepare the filling. Dissolve honey in water (½ cup) and pour it into a small saucepan, add milk, a tablespoon of flour, a handful of grated almonds, chopped hazelnuts, a handful of walnuts, grated orange zest, and a pinch of ground cinnamon; mix and bring to a boil.
Step 3
Roll out the dough thinly, cut out 10 squares, each 5 cm on each side. Place the filling in the center of each square and roll it up diagonally.
Step 4
Arrange the mustacholi in a heatproof glass dish greased with melted lard, and bake for half an hour at 390°F.
