Ingredients
- Mussels 0 lbs
- Onion 1 head
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Herbs 1 bunch
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- White bread 5 oz
- Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the mussels, cover with water, and cook until the shells open.
Step 2
Remove the mussels and strain the broth.
Step 3
Dilute the broth with a glass of water and bring to a boil.
Step 4
Chop and sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil.
Step 5
Add the mussels to the broth, add the sautéed onion and pieces of crustless bread. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 6
Cook until ready.
Step 7
Chop the herbs and add them to the soup.
Step 8
Pour the soup into bowls and crack a raw egg into each.
