Mushroom soup with potatoes

Ingredients

  • Champignons 20 oz
  • Potato 6 pieces
  • Carrot 1 piece
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Butter 1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces.

Step 2

Place the broth on the heat and add the potatoes.

Step 3

Thoroughly wash the mushrooms and slice them into thin pieces.

Step 4

Peel the carrot and cut it into julienne strips (or grate it coarsely), and finely chop the onion.

Step 5

In a skillet, melt a little butter, then add the mushrooms, onion, and carrot.

Step 6

Season with pepper and salt.

Step 7

Simmer on low heat for about 15–20 minutes.

Step 8

When the potatoes are ready, add the mushrooms, carrots, and onions to the broth.

Step 9

Cook for an additional 5–7 minutes. It's best served with sour cream.
