Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the porcini mushrooms, chop them, and place them in a hot skillet.
Step 2
Add the tomato, green onion, basil, and pine nuts.
Step 3
Sauté the onion and carrot.
Step 4
Add the sautéed vegetables and boiled potato to the mushroom broth and season to taste.
Step 5
Before serving, add fresh shiitake mushrooms and dill to the finished soup.
Step 6
Serve with sour cream (in a sauce boat) and a chip made from bread with sautéed porcini mushrooms.
