Ingredients

  • Dried Chinese mushrooms 0 oz
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Carrot 1 piece
  • Spaghetti 0 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Chicken Broth 5 qt
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Bay leaf 2 pieces
  • Dill 1 bunch

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Soak the mushrooms in cold water for 2–3 hours. Then rinse them well, place them in boiling broth, and cook for 20 minutes.

Step 2

Make a sauté with onion and carrot.

Step 3

Remove the mushrooms with a slotted spoon, chop them, and add to the sauté, season with pepper and salt.

Step 4

In the broth, cook the spaghetti for 7 minutes, breaking it into 3 pieces. Add the sauté, bay leaf, season with salt to taste, and sprinkle with dill.
