  • Onion 5 oz
  • Carrot 5 oz
  • Celery stalk 5 oz
  • Garlic 0 oz
  • Thyme 0 oz
  • Olive Oil 0 fl oz
  • Salted honey mushrooms 5 oz
  • Water 0 qt
  • Parsley 5 oz
  • Bulgur 5 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Frozen White Mushrooms 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Rinse and clean the vegetables.

Step 2

Dice the onion, carrot, and celery into small cubes.

Step 3

Heat the skillet and pour in the oil.

Step 4

Pour the ingredients into the skillet.

Step 5

Add the garlic and thyme. Stir well.

Step 6

Add the mushrooms and sauté lightly.

Step 7

Place a pot of water on high heat.

Step 8

Bring to a boil and add the sautéed ingredients.

Step 9

Rinse and add the bulgur to the pot.

Step 10

Cook until done.

Step 11

Add herbs to taste before serving.
