Mushroom Soup with Beef
Ingredients
- Bone-in Beef 20 oz
- Carrot 5 oz
- Onion 2 heads
- Morels 20 oz
- Celery salt 1 stalk
- Parsley 0 oz
- Potato 20 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Separate the bone from the meat. Place it in cold water and put it on the heat.
Step 2
Cut the remaining meat into small pieces. Chop the potato, one onion, and the carrot.
Step 3
Add the potato to the pot, along with the celery stalk and the whole onion.
Step 4
Sauté the chopped meat in a pan, then add the onion, carrot, and mushrooms.
Step 5
After about 5 minutes, transfer everything from the pan to the pot. Cook for about 20 minutes.
Step 6
Remove the whole onion and celery stalk, then add chopped parsley.
